 Prompt: Do your parents have to like you?

Prompt Response: I don’t think your parents have to like you because they’re supposed to love you. I think parent are supposed to teach you that everybody not going to like you.

Summary: Today we read scene 2 & 3 of fences.

Reflection: I learned today that in the book Troy thinks football isn’t a good choice for Cory because of his past.

 Prompt: Write about a fear you have overcome Prompt Response: One fear I say I have overcame is probably speaking up when needed. When I was little I probably didn’t speak up as much compared to now. I just became more confident within myself. Summary: Today we work on our mask reflection and wrote who it represents us. Reflection: I learned that a mask really shows who you are as a person.

Prompt response- Probably like sushi because at first I just thought it was nasty by the way it looks. Then, one day I was hungry and my sister had some sushi and I tried it and it was really good. I wasn’t that much surprised but still surprised because I heard sushi was good before by people around me. Summary- Sushi was a food that I judged based on it looks but turned out to be good. Reflection- Don’t judged sometime unless you tried it because whole time you might like it
